External Relations Updates

The External Relations Committee is one of four primary committees under the Northern Iowa Student Government. We serve to support student functions at the local, state, and federal government. We intend to educate the student body and inform everyone of pertinent issues regarding governmental decisions that impact students’ lives.  

In addition to providing educational opportunities, we connect students to the legislature and empower them to get involved with governmental processes by writing letters, learning about the officials who represent them
