Friends of the UNI Museum introduces a new lecture series

The Friends of the UNI Museum will present a new lecture series with its inaugural season, the Rural Schoolhouse Speakers Series. The lectures will take place at the Marshall Center School at 2301 Indiana St. on the UNI campus. The season will begin on May 13, 2017, and conclude on April 28, 2018.

Tallgrass Prairie Center field days to focus on prairie strips

UNI's Tallgrass Prairie Center will demonstrate the practical use of prairie on working farms at field days slated for Tuesday, June 20 and Thursday, June 22. The field days will focus on the applied use of prairie for water-quality improvement efforts and pollinator habitat.

Earn a Master of Public Policy at a distance through UNI

UNI is accepting applications for its Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree program scheduled to begin fall 2017. The program is primarily designed for working professionals in the fields of public policy, public administration and nonprofit management. In addition to the MPP, students can also enroll for the graduate certificate in Public Administration.
