Below is a list of Northern Iowa Student Government funding sources for your registered student group

FY25 Budgetary Funding Application is now closed. For additional NISG funding sources, please see the bottom of this page.
We recommend you fill out the Post Event Report once the event is over. Doing this gives us a better idea on whether the event was successful and will provide beneficial information in regards to accepting future funding requests.
Budgetary Fund
- Highest funding allocations
- Applications open in spring for the following school year
- Budgetary Funding Guidelines
Non-Allocated Fund
- Formerly referred to as the Contingency Fund
- Funds similar items as the Budgetary Application, but with lower allocation amounts
- Applications open throughout the school year until funds are exhausted

Accessibility Fund
Funding available to accommodate accessibility needs for events.
Intercollegiate Academics Fund
- Funding for academic research presentations and competitions
- Funds must be associated with an academic department
